Responsabilités Régler pour les assureurs des sinistres du début à la fin en effectuant les tâches suivantes : Mener des enquêtes ponctuelles et précises; Planifier et gérer des rencontres avec les divers intervenants; Communiquer régulièrement aux clients les développements, les points de couverture et les enjeux des mandats qu’ils nous confient; Rédiger des rapports aux clients énonçant nos recommandations et des lettres explicatives aux assurés et réclamants; Assurer un service à la clientèle hors pairs en maintenant une bonne communication avec les intervenants; Documenter ponctuellement et efficacement les développements pertinents à l’évolution des dossiers, notamment les faits et circonstances des pertes et les points de couverture; Tenir un agenda pour contrôler les développements des dossiers; Représenter les clients dans des litiges et collaborer avec divers professionnels tels des avocats, notaires, ingénieurs, architectes, comptables, syndics de faillite et autres; Gérer les attentes des divers intervenants, négocier et régler les sinistres selon les instructions des clients.
Formation, compétences et expérience requises Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience à titre d’expert en sinistre dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : assurance contre le crime, assurance cyber, assurance responsabilité professionnelle, et assurance responsabilité des administrateurs et dirigeants (D&O); Diplôme universitaire un atout; (avocat, ingénieur ou comptable) ou une combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente; Permis d’expert en sinistre ou en voie de l’obtenir; Désignation PAA ou FPAA un atout; Excellente maitrise du français et de l’anglais, tant oral qu’écrit; Excellentes capacités de communication orales et écrites; Aptitudes à effectuer et interpréter des calculs avancés, y compris l’analyse de données comparatives; Compétences en comptabilité; Aptitudes d’adaptation à des environnements informatiques différents; connaissances avancées dans Excel et Word un atout; Souci du détail propre à l’investigation, au raisonnement analytique et à l’interprétation de documents complexes de nature juridique; Compétences organisationnelles permettant de prioriser les activités quotidiennes pour faciliter la gestion du temps et le suivi des dossiers; Capacité de développer et maintenir de solides relations d’affaires ; Capacité à travailler de façon indépendante avec peu de supervision; Disposition à se déplacer.

Loss Adjusting is a fast-paced, complex field of insurance with no 2 files quite the same. Whether it be a home fire, a fender-bender, or an injury caused by a major accident, the ClaimsPro team determines coverage, legal liability, and settles claims with excellent customer service. ClaimsPro relies on their Administrative Assistants to support the branch staff and producers in the delivery of quality service to our clients. The key focus of the position is to provide effective and efficient administrative support within a fast-paced environment. The position duties include typing, computer work on our internal software program and MS Office, file coordination and filing, reception duties and may also provide other administrative and clerical support to various branch staff. Other duties as may be required.
This position is primarily in-office with the potential for hybrid opportunity. The hourly range for this role is $19.00-$23.00 per hour. Responsibilities: - Set up and preparation of new claims assignments to internal adjusters in accordance with predetermined KPI’s and client guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade twelve diploma
- A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration will be given preference.

- Any insurance experience would be an asset

Identify type of loss and coordinate response to defined categories of loss events across all lines of business. Responsibilities Strategy, Plans, Budget (25% Time Allocation) - Annual budget and monthly forecasting process.
- Acts as a signing authority on corporate bank accounts.
- Lead / participate in corporate and operational projects including process improvement projects, software upgrades etc.
- Ensuring that the decision makers in the firm understand the financial implications of the missions and direction they set for their division. Specifically ensure that business plans for both existing initiatives and new initiatives meet minimum ROI expectations.

- Great Plains or other related ERP experience is an asset.
- Experience with Power BI is an asset.'
