Team Management Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to a dedicated adjusting team
- Ensure claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support achievement of financial and production targets through weekly review of KPIs such as abeyance, adjuster billings, claims response times, cycle times, and account receivables.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex claims.
- Handle escalated claims to ensure resolution reached
- Participate in recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives for the claims team.
Account Management Responsibilities:
- “Single point of contact” for all internal and external Client Stakeholders and addressing inquiries/concerns as needed
- Create and Maintain Service Level Agreements and Claims Handling Process/Guideline documents as per Client contractual obligations
- Establish and implementation of Best Handling Practices unique to the client
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims handling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings, as required.
- Participation in client contract renewals, as required.
- Management and oversight of Accounts Invoicing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University Degree or industry experience equivalent, CIP designation or ability to be licensed in ON and other jurisdictions.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Property & Casualty claims adjusting, multi provincial experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Fully licensed in Ontario or ability to be fully licensed in Ontario and other Provinces
- Strong communication skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, and must be able to flex style appropriate to audience
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner
- Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations
- Proven data mining and analysis to support continuing process improvements.
- Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint and an ability to learn new technical systems

Job Summary ClaimsPro relies on their Administrative Assistants to support the branch staff and producers in the delivery of quality service to our clients. The key focus of the position is to provide effective and efficient administrative support within a fast-paced environment. The position duties include typing, computer work on our internal software program and MS Office, file coordination and filing, reception duties and may also provide other administrative and clerical support to various branch staff. Other duties as may be required.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and preparation of new claims assignments to internal adjusters in accordance with predetermined KPI’s and client guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade twelve diploma
- A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration will be given preference.
- Previous experience within a dynamic team will be given preference.

This senior level Adjuster position is responsible for investigating and settling transportation first party claims and third-party claims, with an emphasis on industry knowledge around commercial auto physical damage, motor truck cargo, towing, and salvage procedures
IPG works as a Third Party Administrator in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling a variety of claims including, but not limited to auto physical damage and motor truck cargo. A nationwide knowledge base is a plus. Compensation will be based on experience and knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:

Initiate the investigation of new claims

Evaluate coverage and make appropriate policy decisions

Evaluate and negotiate settlements of collision, specified perils, property damage, and transportation losses as appropriate.

We have an existing opportunity to add a Junior Mechanical Engineer to our Collision Reconstruction Team!
Reporting to the National Director, Accident Reconstruction and Biomechanics, the successful candidate will use their technical background to develop the skills necessary to complete motor vehicle examinations, motor vehicle collision reconstructions, evaluation of evidence and incident liability analyses, and assessment of slips, trips, and falls.
The work will involve such activities as deemed necessary to carry out accident reconstruction, which may include: attending sites, obtaining measurements, vehicle data collection, surveying/scanning vehicles and scenes, running analyses, and report writing. It will require access to an automobile to travel with various pieces of equipment to remote locations to carry out vehicle examinations and scene examinations. This position will also involve some degree of business development.
Job Responsibilities
o Vehicle data downloads – download of vehicle diagnostic trouble codes, event data recorder data, and telematics data. o Vehicle examinations (automobile, motorcycle, heavy truck, off-road), assess and measure/survey the exterior damage, examine and assess the vehicle restraint systems, acquisition of fluid and paint samples. o Coordinate and potentially attend site investigations – photography, measuring and digital surveying. o Knowledge of the use of test equipment for site investigations such as brake testing, curve acceleration testing, visibility (day/night) testing and slip-testing equipment in the case of slip and fall accidents. o Data analysis – analysis of acquired vehicle data to understand driver and vehicle behaviours with respect to collisions. o Collision reconstruction – learning and applying computerized tools to investigate collisions including video analysis and collision simulation o Report writing – development reports concerning SIU investigations and liability investigations for insurance and legal clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
o Graduating/recent graduate/engineer-in-training with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. o Licensure in a provincial Engineering Association, or ability to become licensed a must o Must have valid G license, and ability to work in remote areas, as well as in a range of temperatures and weather conditions. o Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good command of the English language. o Familiarity with PC Crash is an asset.

- Assess, analyze and report on the origin and cause fires.
- Interview witnesses, service personnel and other local officials.

- Able to recognize potential subrogation opportunities.
- The ability to climb, work at heights, and work at all temperatures is required.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum CFEI, CFI, or CVFI, or the ability to become certified is a must.
