Résumé du rôle Nous cherchons actuellement à ajouter un expert en dommage directs et responsabilité civile (1 à 3 années d'expérience) à notre équipe des comptes nationaux !! Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat idéal doit avoir une formation/expérience dans les réclamations en dommages directs et en responsabilité civile. Le candidat aura aussi de l'expérience en blessures corporelles ou au moins de l'intérêt pour en traiter. Responsabilités: Contact et suivi rapides avec les assurés et les réclamants. Enquêter sur la cause et faire rapport aux clients avec des recommandations solides. Tout au long du processus de réclamation, fournir un service à la clientèle de haut niveau aux clients et aux assurés. Exécuter les tâches qui lui sont confiées conformément aux normes de travail, politiques et procédures établies.
Compétences requises pour réussir: Proactif dans la recherche de résolutions, avec un sentiment d'urgence et de réactivité. Compétences analytiques efficaces, y compris l'identification des dynamiques de cause à effet. Capable de tirer des conclusions valables et de les communiquer efficacement. Capacité à gérer la pression avec calme, en particulier lors de conflits et de situations difficiles. Doit avoir des compétences relationnelles avec un parti pris pour établir des relations avec sa propre équipe et les parties prenantes des réclamations. Role Summary We are currently looking to add a Direct Damage & Liability (including BI) Adjuster (1-3 years experience) to our National Accounts team!! To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have training/experience in direct damage and liability claims. The candidate will ideally have experience in Bodily injury claims. Responsibilities: Prompt contact and follow up with policy holders and claimants. Investigate the cause and report to clients with solid recommendations. Identify liability exposures, recommend reserves, recommend investigation required for exposure, prepare action plans, and negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements. Throughout the claims process, provide high level of customer service to clients and the insured. Perform duties assigned to him/her in compliance with established work standards, policies and procedures.

As National Property Specialist, you will perform the necessary work to provide building specifications for residential/commercial/agricultural Replacement Cost Value (RCV) and Actual Cash Value (ACV) Appraisals, Bid Tendering Documents, Catastrophe Appraisals, Cost Audits, Dispute Resolutions, Building Valuation Appraisals and Appraisals Under the Insurance Act. You have a strong understanding of the mitigation, restoration and new construction processes and are proficient in the use of Xactimate, Word & Excel. You are experienced with building construction, building codes and basic electrical and plumbing techniques. Using your field expertise you will perform site inspections, quality surveying, measuring and specifications to provide pricing of various structures. Utilizing time management skills and your marketing/sales knowledge will assist you in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly productivity requirements. Proficient report writing is also required. Role Responsibilities: Perform the necessary work to provide replacement costs and actual cash value valuations on various residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Produce specification bid documents including general conditions, specifications, scope of work, bid sheets for building damage repair. Provide recommendations on protection from further damage as well as recommendations to repair or replace building. Provide verification of type and cause of damage – hail, water, etc. Complete cost audit and file reviews on jobs.
Provide valuation appraisals on residential and commercial buildings. Provide recommendations on costing, length of time to repair or to replace dwelling.
Responsible for submitting well written, documented appraisals and reports. Appraisals, file audits and reviews to adhere to ParioQuantify quality standards.
Invoice a minimum of 37.5 billable hours weekly / 1950 billable hours annually. You will also promote all ParioQuantify™ services to ClaimsPro adjusters to help ParioQuantify to achieve its budgeted annual post loss appraisal revenue.
Education, Knowledge and Experience Required: Diploma in Construction/Building Science, Construction Management, Architectural or Civil Engineering Technology Minimum 5 years estimating and project management experience in construction, restoration or insurance industry required. Working Knowledge of Xactimate Estimating Software is required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, good computer skills and ability type a minimum of 35 wpm. Capacity to learn various electronic and manual estimating systems. Exposure to construction industry and interpretation of building codes.
Environment/Work Conditions:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Ability to travel, as extensive travel is a requirement of the job.
Ability to lift/move up to 40lbs. Sit, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, and climb to investigate damaged property. All prospective employees must pass a background check. Must live in Lower Mainland area (Vancouver to Abbotsford)

Using supplied technology (e.g., Docusketch.), scope and establish quantum of damages Identify exposures, recommend reserves, recommend investigation required for exposure, prepare action plans, and negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements. Throughout the claims process, you will provide high level of customer service to clients and the insured. Qualifications and Experience: Completion of high school education; University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance will be given preference. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive). At least 2 years' relevant experience in claims adjusting Must be able to qualify for Level 1 adjuster license in B.C. Ongoing commitment to education and learning; pursuing CIP designation. Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause-and-effect dynamics Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them. Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature, perform and understand advanced numerical calculations including analysis of comparative information. Excellent communication skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, must be able to flex style appropriate to audience Proactive and positive approach to customer service ensuring that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner. Role Responsibilities: - Act as an examiner for various Lloyds accounts which involves providing prompt, fair, quality claims service to clients.

Qualifications & Experience: While licensing and experience are critical to being able to handle significant examining tasks for a TPA, we are looking for individuals with a demonstrated and proven track record of performance. You will have to be strong technically, a solid planner and organizer, and understand key issues plus provide solid solutions.
