Dustin Volk, Senior Vice President Operations, US

In this executive position, Dustin leads our U.S. senior management team overseeing International Programs Group (IPG), Nixon & Company, and Pario Forensic Accounting. Prior to taking on this role, Dustin was the Vice President National Operations of ClaimsPro Canada, and led the Transformation Program strategically positioning the SCM group of companies to deliver its long-term vision. He has more than 17 years' experience in the insurance industry with a background in operations, finance, information technology, and holds a CRM designation.
